KIDS PASTOR | O’Fallon Campus
Full-Time | Hiring in Late Summer
Harvester Christian Church is looking for a passionate and relational Kids Pastor to join our O’Fallon Campus.
The Kids Pastor will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our kids ministry (birth–5th grade), including Sunday programming, volunteer recruitment, development & appreciation, parent engagement, and events. This role requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build and empower teams that help kids fall in love with Jesus.
The right candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- A love for Jesus, Harvester, and Harvester’s families
- Experience leading or serving in children’s ministry
- Demonstrated skill in leading, developing, and appreciating volunteers
- Strong organizational and communication skills (able to talk in front of large groups of people)
- A passion for partnering with parents as the primary disciples of their children
- Creativity in designing engaging, age-appropriate environments
- Creativity and organization in editing and implementing curriculum
- Desires to work in a collaborative team environment
- Implementing of yearly milestone events
- The ability to align kids ministry with the overall mission and strategy of Harvester
