Elementary Classroom Teacher

North Side Community School is seeking passionate, certified full-time Classroom Teachers. We are looking for educators who excel at creating nurturing, high-engagement learning environments and who demonstrate strong instructional and classroom management skills.

Starting Salary: Minimum $52,000 for degreed and certified teachers

Onboarding Bonus: $5,000 stipend awarded at the end of the first school year

Tuition Support: $7,000 annual reimbursement for advanced education

Classroom Environment: Small class sizes (15–18 students) with dedicated planning time
