F-22 Associate Software Engineering Technical Specialist – F-22 Program, Berkeley, MO. This position supports the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization, focusing on software configuration management for the F-22 program. Candidates will document and track formal software deliveries, support continuous improvement activities, and contribute to software processes.

• Contribute to the development, documentation, implementation, and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes, and standards.
• Assist with training on processes and tools and support the integration of engineering designs.
• Assist in the identification and validation of user access roles and tip sheets.
• Support the development and implementation of standards.
• Assist in providing configuration management, coordinating changes, and performing assessments of compliance.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and distribution of engineering documents, reports, and correspondence to enable business activity.
• Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs.
• Work under general supervision.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which U.S. citizenship is required. A Secret U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required.

• 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a role that requires strong technical, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. citizenship only.
• Currently hold a Secret Clearance or have held one in the past 24 months.
• Experience working on an Agile team using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Summary pay range:
Associate Level: $71,400.00 – $96,600.00.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
