Ability to obtain Boeing proprietary program access is mandatory for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

* Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

* Collaborates with other functions including SEIT, Production and Design.

* Provides interpretation of complex requirements.

* Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

* Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

* Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

* Develops and implements corrective actions.

* Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

* Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Pre Start and final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, or other technical degree

* 5+ years of Quality experience

* 5+ years of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)

* Experience working/partnering with engineers, product owners, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* More than 3 years of experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution, processes to engineering development and manufacturing/production efforts

* Experience working with SEIT teams

* Experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP)

* Experience with Quality Management System (QMS)

* Experience with Early Quality Involvement (EQI)

* Experience in Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)

* Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) Relocation:
