** This position will support procurement activity and supplier oversite supporting Phantom Works Specialty Materials group. Successful candidates will have a background in Supplier Quality and Materials and Processing. Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of specialty material maturation milestones with experience supporting material and supplier qualification.

* Position Responsibilities:

*** Support early quality involvement with supplier establishing qualification planning
* Creates Supplier Oversite planning for supplier produced specialty materials
* Identify and mitigate risk in supply base
* Engages Supplier Quality Regional support as needed
* Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
* Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
* Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
* Works under general supervision
** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
**** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
*** Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
* 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* 3+ years of experience with quality Inspection and/or auditing
* 3+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods
* 3+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
*** 1+ year experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
* Materials and process qualifications
** Conflict of Interest:
** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
** Travel:
** This position may require up to 10% travel.
** Shift:
** This position is for 1st shift
