BGS is seeking an F-22 Product Data Management Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to support the F-22 program in Berkeley, Missouri. This role will be performing Data Management processes (Document Identification, Document Control, Document Reporting, Document Distribution & Storage, Document Protection and Data Rights, Program Planning and Management) as implemented by aircraft program.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level or Senior F-22 Product Data Management Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assign numbers and/or revisions for documents and drawings
  • Review and release documents, drawings and parts lists
  • Review and submit contract data requirements list (CDRL) data
  • Prepare and coordinate CDRL reports
  • Prepare Data Accession List (DAL)
  • Support Govt. Request for Proposal (RFP) and review contract data requirements list (CDRL) requirements (DD Form 1423) and data item descriptions
  • Identify program markings
  • Protect program information and manage access to program information and applications
  • Ensure program and supplier data stored and retained per retention schedule
  • Manage document and drawing templates and checklists
  • Manage supplier data
  • Manage government furnished data
  • Manage partner data
  • Prepare inputs for supplier statements of work (SSOW) and flow down requirements
  • Evaluate supplier Data Management data submission
  • Attend Engineering and Data Management meetings, working groups and boards
  • Work with Boeing program teams, Business Partner, Customer and Suppliers
  • Manage standards and document processes for team and program
  • Manage contract data requirements list (CDRL) data
  • Prepare templates
  • Support Contracts with Data Rights Assertions and defense federal acquisition regulations (DFARS) requirements for data delivery with less than unlimited rights
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Active Security Clearance
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to obtain F-22 Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 6+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Candidates with National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Configuration/Data Management certification
  • Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Technical Proposal, Planning and Estimating experience
