** Entry Level Electro-Electromagnetics Engineer - Scientist
** to join the E3 Design Integration Team located in
** Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO**. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

* Assists in development of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) requirements for various communication, sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems, subsystems, components, interconnects and structures.
* Assists in development of architectures to integrate components into higher level systems and platforms.
* Performs trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of computational electromagnetic (CEM) analysis to predict component and interconnects performance and to optimize design around established requirements.
* Conducts tests to validate performance of designs to requirements.
* Supports supplier electromagnetic testing for compliance with procedures and standards
* Collects and analyzes data on supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements.
* Provides support to products throughout their lifecycle from manufacturing to customer use
* Supports project management by gathering project status
* Works under close supervision of a Team Lead and Technical Lead Engineer (TLE)
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
* Familiar with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) or E3 (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects)
* Willing to Travel Domestically and internationally as needed up to 25%.
* Active US Security Clearance
* B.S Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or Physics
* Experience with relevant aircraft electromagnetic standards: MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, RTCA DO-160
* Experience in a role which required knowledge of MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, DO-160, IEC-61000, and/or FCC part 15
* Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
* Experience performing computational electromagnetic analysis (FEKO, Cosite, ANSYS, CST)
* Experience with written and verbal communication including developing and delivering presentations to key stake holders
* Experience with MS Office tool suite
* Experience working within an engineering organization
* Experience with lightning testing and analysis
