OverviewPosition: F-15 Program Senior Radar Engineer
Team:
Air Dominance Sensors & Special Program Team
Location:
Berkeley, MO
- Deliver technical excellence in support of F‑15 Radar development
- Provide program and technical support for interfacing with program management and the Radar Supplier
- Review and approve technical approaches and products
- Work closely with technical leads, engineers, and other Boeing impacted teams
- Support mission success and promptly resolve anomalies
- Manage requirements for the Radar Supplier to meet the customer’s needs
- Participate in Radar Configuration Control Boards (CCB), design reviews, and customer technical meetings
- Support common practices to meet the program’s cost, schedule, and quality
- Support risk, issues, and opportunity management
- Act as Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Radar Team and Radar Supplier
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- Experience with development of avionics or electronics related hardware or software systems
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience in support of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Supplier engagement and oversight in support of technical execution

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications.
Summary pay range: $136,850 – $185,150

Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre‑Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start are required.
