Experienced Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design)
Experienced Electrical Systems Design and Analysis Engineer working onsite to develop, model, and maintain advanced electrical systems for iconic aircraft such as the F-15 fighter jet and the T-7 training aircraft. Responsibilities include designing schematics, troubleshooting production and legacy systems, performing design reviews, and collaborating across platform teams to ensure seamless system integration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in electrical schematic tools, and the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
PositionResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced electrical product detail, assembly, and systems designs (e.g., Mentor Capital). Analyze results and perform comprehensive design reviews.
- Provide engineering design disposition on discrepancies with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Document processes, specifications, and procedures supporting the design and manufacture of electrical commodities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop detailed statements of work and project plans.
- Analyze functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated designs.
- Work under minimal supervision, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of work‑related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of work‑related experience with a master’s degree.
- Proficiency with electrical schematics tools such as Mentor Capital or CEEDs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which U.S. Citizenship is a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Location & ShiftBerkeley, MO. 100% onsite. 1st shift.

Salary RangeLevel 3: $96,050 – $129,950
