Associate Manufacturing Engineers – F-15 Program (Berkeley, MO)
We are looking for experienced manufacturing engineers with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness, and composite fabrication. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world‑class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our fighter jet programs.
Position Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
- Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a non‑US equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement.
- At least 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which U.S. Citizenship is a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
- Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
- Experience with 3D model‑based instruction.
- Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, Prime
R, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, Vis Mockup, Pro Model, Flex Sim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi‑Monitor Collaborative Rooms. - Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance under U.S. Government requirements. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.

PaySummary pay range Level 2: $85,000 – $115,000.
