Position Overview
Associate Digital Engineering Process Engineer to support the Air Dominance Digital Engineering team located in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will collaborate with Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to mature a next‑generation Digital Engineering (DE) & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system for Engineering and Manufacturing. The system underpins our digital transformation, enabling Model‑Based Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, and Cross‑Discipline Collaboration.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Program Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues using Teamcenter and related engineering, analysis, modeling & simulation, and manufacturing applications.
- Design, develop, test, and support rollout of new DE/PLM tool capabilities, oversee tool and data transitions, and manage data migrations.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to capture requirements and ensure consistent digital data and model management practices.
- Analyze engineering data across systems to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and improve data integrity.
- Facilitate accurate and timely engineering data delivery to suppliers and customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all organizational levels, including suppliers and customers.
- Operate independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
100% onsite in Berkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Security ClearancePosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with potential interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start. Special Access Program (SAP) clearance may also be required. U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent directly related to the work statement.
- 2+ years related engineering experience.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional environment including engineering, manufacturing/operations, quality, product support, finance, business development and program management.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and integrated applications such as NX and Teamcenter Visualization.
- Experience with PLSQL, CFML, Java, Python, C#, Windows Server, or Unix.
- Active Secret Clearance within the last 24 months.
Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700. Pay based on experience and qualifications.
