The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer to support an integrated product team in the design and integration of an advanced sensor for a next generation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas, apertures, and radomes.
This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable sensors.
- Lead the integration of a low observable sensor, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to develop and implement integration strategies for a critical platform sensor.
- Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design and integration of low observable sensors, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems.
- Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms.
- Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design.
- In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques.
- Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $112,200 – $151,800.
