Overview

Experienced Mission Systems Electronic Warfare Analyst (Signing Bonus Potential) – Berkeley, MO – Phantom Works team.

• Develop and validate requirements for unique sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic system components.
• Develop electrophysics models for interferometry, beam‑steering, and geolocation.
• Conduct trade studies, modeling, and simulation to predict component and system performance and optimize design around complex requirements.
• Develop and improve modeling and simulation techniques.
• Execute critical tests to validate design performance against requirements.
• Work 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO; 1st shift.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
• Level 3: 5+ years of work‑related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of work‑related experience with a master’s degree.
• Level 4: 9+ years of work‑related experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of work‑related experience with a master’s degree.
• Preferred: 7+ years with a master’s degree and experience with avionics and/or mission systems.

Requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required) and Special Program Access.
