Associate or Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2 or
3)

Location:

Berkeley, Missouri. This role is 100% onsite, reporting to the F/A-18 IP&S manager.

Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.

• Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Assists with development of program plans and schedules, documents work statements and resulting schedules.
• Supports integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functions, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
• Identifies and reports performance variances.
• Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan, schedules, and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling products.
• Participates in review of proposed changes to the baseline.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years’ experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, business operations or related disciplines.
• 1+ years’ experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• 1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.

• 1+ year of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management or similar.

• Level 2: $76,500 – $103,500
• Level 3: $94,350 – $127,650

• Shift: 1st shift.
• Some travel may be required up to 10%.
