Position Overview
Associate Test Operations Integration Engineer at The Boeing Company, located in Berkeley, MO. This role supports the Test Operations & Engineering (TO&E) team by incorporating capability and capacity planning and working with finance focal points to support Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements across all programs. The engineer acts as a single point of contact for Test Operations to Lab Test Capabilities, collaborating with Test Operations Managers and the Industrial Engineering Team.
Responsibilities include resolving internal project priority conflicts and ensuring alignment with Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs.
- Coordinate with Test Capability Integrators for internal work agreements and work transfers.
- Provide project management collaboration with business partners.
- Serve as the status focal in support of Test Operations Capital Asset Managers (CAMs).
- Coordinate schedule requirements with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) and Test Operations CAM.
- Assess overall project health and determine appropriate project metrics to implement.
- Identify internal/external risks, issues or opportunities to operations and track through BORIS system.
- Develop vision maps for capital planning and space utilization.
- Assume safety ownership and workspace standards: serve as the shop Safety Focal, lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) coordination, and sustain 5S cleanliness to keep areas safe and test‑ready.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non‑US equivalent directly related to the work.
- At least 1 year of experience in an engineering and/or engineering project management role.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Experience with capital, investment projects and financial estimates.
- Experience with capability and capacity planning.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or clearance active in the past 24 months).
Competitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees receive benefits such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates. Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700.
