Job Title
Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Technology Analyst for the F-15 program, located in Berkeley, MO.
Position OverviewWe are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness and composite fabrication. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world‑class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.
Position Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices
- Lead activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large‑scale systems integration and software applications
- Approve supporting processes and related documentation
- Lead consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production
- Develop advanced manufacturing technology and guide its implementation into production
- Lead technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems
- 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

4) 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience - Composite Fabrication experience
- Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
- Experience with 3D model‑based instruction
- Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, Prime
R, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, Vis Mockup, Pro Model, Flex Sim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi‑Monitor Collaborative Rooms - Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
- Experience reviewing and approving other engineers' work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.)
