The Boeing Company is looking for a Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs.

The selected candidate will lead a diverse team of engineering management first line leaders and individual contributors across multiple engineering skills in support of flight test activities.

• Effectively interact with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners.
• Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools, and staffing.
• Knowledgeable of design engineering principles and tools.
• Knowledgeable of production engineering principles and tools.
• Lead and implement effective RCCAs (root cause corrective actions).
• Coordinate the program integrated product team for test deliverables within Test Operations & Engineering.
• Position is expected to be 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO.

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent non‑US qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team or 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team.

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Experience with production engineering.
• Experience in test and evaluation engineering.
• Experience in military program support.
• Experience with flight test instrumentation.
• Experience presenting to executive leaders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $170,000 - $230,000. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.

Relocation is offered based on candidate eligibility. This position does not sponsor employment visas.

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship Required). A security clearance that has been active within the past 24 months is considered active.
