Seeking Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Engineers for the F‑15 program to ensure efficient production of world‑class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
• Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.

• 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Composite Fabrication experience.
• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
• Experience with 3D model‑based instruction.
• Experience with IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, Prime
  
  R, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, Vis Mockup, Pro Model, Flex Sim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi‑Monitor Collaborative Rooms.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
• Experience reviewing and approving other engineers’ work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.).
