About the Role:

In this exciting and rewarding position you will help the St Louis site growth and all of our programs to ensure we are resourced for success with the highest caliber talent! You will also be supporting our Production Engineering Homeroom Team with core support duties and communications. This is a high visibility role with great opportunities to help shape our future.

Position Responsibilities
* Prime activity is to support all Production Engineering staffing for Boeing St. Louis Region

* Primary point of contact for Air Dominance Production Engineering (ADPE)

* General Executive Support for ADPE Homeroom strategy and communications support

* Supporting analyst activities for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Equipment Engineering and Liaison Engineering skill sets

* ADPE CAM support to Integrator

* ADPE Capital and Expense support to Integrator Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

* 1+ year experience leading or managing engineering teams

* Experience with Adaptive Planning

* Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PPT)

* Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Experience with Boing Virtual Cube

* CAM experience

* Experience creating and/or communicating performance metrics to Executive leaders

* Experience with capital and/or expense planning Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
