** Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking an Associate/Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri area. In this role, you will support airplane subsystems, production readiness, and delivery center flyaway operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, strengthen production processes, and support the successful delivery of advanced aerospace products.

This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives on solving technical challenges, improving efficiency, and collaborating across disciplines to bring high-quality products to life.
** What You’ll Do
*** Support the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems and related production activities.
* Identify production risks, recommend solutions, and help drive readiness across manufacturing operations.
* Work with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain partners to solve issues and improve execution.
* Support delivery center and flyaway activities by improving flow, reducing inefficiencies, and strengthening product quality.
* Use data, engineering principles, and practical problem-solving to identify improvement opportunities.
* Take part in design and production reviews, offering input on assembly, tooling, manufacturability, and producibility.
* Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for manufacturing challenges.
* Help create a safe, efficient, and reliable production environment.
* Contribute to improvements that support cost, schedule, quality, and delivery goals.
