Manufacturing Engineer
Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is hiring for an Associate, Mid-Level, or Experienced Tooling Integration Analyst (Level 2, 3, or
4) located in Berkeley, MO.
- Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules.
- Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop‑floor teams.
- Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems.
- Identifies, coordinates and processes customer requirements for tooling products or information. Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules.
- Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures.
- Performs tooling product order processing.
- Prepares order packages for distribution.
- Performs associated general administrative duties.
- Manages electronic or physical drawings.
- Works under general supervision.
- Provides project visibility to management and team.
- Familiar with GD&T, CMS inspection, technical specifications, and tooling structures.
- Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures.
- Able to communicate with suppliers, engineering team, and leadership on a regular basis.
- Develops complex project estimates.
- Coordinates work off‑loading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyzes impacts and monitors workarounds.
- Creates and manages comprehensive multi‑tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects.
- Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, planning, scheduling, management, and supplier.
- Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling fabrication and product configuration systems.
- Oversees compliance of tool fabrication to tool order statement of work and the technical drawing.
- Consults with customers on status and issues.
- 1+ year of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications.
- 1+ year of experience in CAD/CAM programming (using an offline programming system such as Uni Graphics, CATIA, Master Cam).
- 1+ years’ experience in tooling (or aircraft parts) fabrication and/or estimating role.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- 1+ year of experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience with quality and/or manufacturing processes and organizations.
• 100% onsite, located in Berkeley, MO.
• 1st Shift on most occasions.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 and 120.62 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee). This position requires export control compliance and U.S. export control clearance.

Total RewardsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay ranges:
• Level 2 (Associate): $68,850 – $93,150 USD
• Level 3 (Mid‑Level): $84,150 – $113,850 USD
• Level 4 (Experienced): $103,700 – $140,300 USD.
Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Eligibility may vary by location, date of hire, and collective bargaining agreements.
