Join Boeing as an RF System IPT Lead and Senior Manager on the Air Proprietary 2 (AP2) Program. Lead a multi‑discipline engineering team (Structures, Survivability, Mission Systems, Manufacturing, Software, Systems Engineering, and Suppliers) in developing an integrated RF system to protect our nation and allies.

• Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) focused on an RF system within the platform, guiding diverse managers and contributors across various disciplines.
• Drive programmatic execution for the RF Integrated System, developing, tracking, and communicating metrics, and organizing all EVM reporting and analysis.
• Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams.
• Provide technical management of supplier execution.
• Oversee safety of personnel and products throughout design, production, and operational phases.
• Foster a proactive environment for technical oversight and risk management, ensuring integrity of systems engineering and mission assurance across Boeing and supplier domains.
• Drive the implementation and adherence to engineering excellence, evaluating and enhancing processes for better performance.
• Partner with functional teams to ensure alignment of process inputs and outputs with established requirements.
• Guarantee that all components, including hardware and software built internally or externally for the RF System, meet programmatic and engineering objectives.
• Enhance the skills of managers and team members through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance assessments.
• Strategically plan and coordinate the allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.

Location and Work Requirements

Position is 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO. 10% travel may be required domestically or internationally.

Required active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship mandatory). A clearances active within the past 24 months are acceptable.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience managing risks, cost performance, and schedule performance across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience integrating complex systems.
• Demonstrated effective communication at multiple levels (direct reports, peers, executive leaders, and customers).
• Proven track record of execution in a development environment.

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience supporting a proprietary program.
• Experience working with and leading suppliers.
• Experience across multiple phases of the product life‑cycle.
• Experience with Cameo or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools.
• Final U.S. top secret clearance preferred.
