Systems Engineer
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and validate requirements for complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and components.
- Develop architectures to integrate complex systems and components into higher‑level systems and platforms.
- Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation and other analyses to predict component, interconnect and system performance and optimize design around established requirements.
- Define and conduct critical tests to validate performance of designs against requirements.
- Manage supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Provide support to products throughout their lifecycle from manufacturing to customer use.
- Generate major sections of proposals to support development of new business.
- Work under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
- 9+ years of work‑related experience with a bachelor’s OR 7+ years with a master’s OR 3+ years with a Ph.D.
- Experience programming in C/C++, Python or C#.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.
- Experience with message patterns or transport technologies (ZMQ, Apache MQ, etc.).
- Experience with embedded systems development.
- Experience working with Radar or EW systems.
- Experience working with RF hardware/subsystems.
- Experience with Open Architectures, especially Big Iron.
- Experience developing on Linux environments.
Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Shift: This position is for 1st shift.

Summary pay range: $118,150 – $159,850
Export Control Requirements: This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
