A large, established financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist with high-volume operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with financial services or operations experience who enjoys structured processes, travel, and hands‑on execution work.

This position offers strong exposure to enterprise-level operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Support daily operational workflows within a financial services environment
• Perform moderately complex processing and transaction‑related tasks
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive efficiencies
• Escalate non-routine issues appropriately
• Maintain strict accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards

• 1–3+ years of operations experience (financial services experience preferred)
• Background in brokerage, capital markets, banking operations, or transaction processing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
