Corporate Tax Manager; ASC Provisions - Assistance

This position is in-person in Kansas City. Relocation assistance will be provided.

• Lead corporate tax engagements from planning to execution
• Manage client relationships, including overseeing tax compliance and consulting projects
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews
• Oversee ASC 740 tax provision projects and provide audit support
• Review corporate tax returns and recommend process or compliance improvements
• Research technical tax issues and develop planning strategies
• Coordinate with specialized tax teams and national office resources
• Stay current with industry developments through ongoing training and development

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license or JD with active law license
• 4-7 years of progressive tax experience
• Recent experience (within last 1-3 years) in corporate tax and ASC 740
• Currently operating at a Manager level
• Experience supporting large, multi-state or global corporations
• Public accounting experience with a top 15 firm preferred
• Proficient in US GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
• Comfortable with hybrid work model (minimum 3 days onsite weekly)
