Senior Manager, Provider Networks

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Provider Networks to support our retail pharmacy partners and continue to build out and maintain pharmacy relationships.

• Manage and negotiate contracts with pharmacy partners as well as individual pharmacies, PSAOs, PBMs, and strategic partners to deliver broad access to customers.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of pharmacy contracting discount card models, reimbursement structures and all current agreements.
• Stay up to date on industry and policy changes as well as regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, legal, operations, finance, and product to ensure contract aligns with company strategy and objectives.
• Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and best practices for discount card programs and alternative access models.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive long-term value and support network stability.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmacy/ healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and the pharmacy discount card space.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to manage multiple negotiations at one time.
• Ability to maintain, deepen and create new relationships with pharmacy partners.
