Salary Range: $21.00 Hourly
UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following shift.
UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $21.00/Hour.
Current available schedule:
- Saturday 3PM-10PM (HB/F)
- Sunday 3PM-11PM (HC/F)
- 15 Hours Weekly
As a DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities:
- Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
- Follow medical orders and administer medications.
- Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.

Minimum employment requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Valid Drivers’ license.
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned driver training.
- A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
This position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with clean driving record!
This position requires 5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM.

ALL UCP HEARTLAND SCHEDULES/SHIFTS ARE AWAKE SHIFTS.
Thursday/Friday 3PM-10PM, Sunday 3PM-11PM
