Salary Range: $21.00 To $21.00 Hourly
UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following Shift.
UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $20.00/Hour
Current available schedule:
- OLIVETTE
- FRIDAY 3PM-8PM
- SATURDAY 7AM-3PM
- 13 Hours Weekly (O/F)
As a DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities:
- Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
- Follow medical orders and administer medications.
- Most importantly, provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.

Minimum employment requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training.
- A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license with clean driving record.
This position requires 5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
All UCP Heartland schedules/shifts are awake shifts.
