WEBSTER GROVES

SUNDAY 8AM-4PM

8 Hours Weekly (FF/F)

As a DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities:

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
• Follow medical orders and administer medications.
• Assist with ADLs; lift and transfer (including ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc.).
• Adaptive transportation.
• Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping.
• Provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to offer entertainment and community outings.

• High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
• Clean driving record and successfully complete and maintain assigned driver training.
• A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all agency clients and personnel.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

THIS POSITION DORES RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!

THIS POSITION REQUIRES 5-7 DAYS OF MANDATORY TRAINING AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE Monday through Friday 8:45 AM-4:00 PM.
