Hotel Housekeeping
Will be cross-trained in all departments. Housekeeping:
Physically demanding; includes cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and vacuuming. Must push 50lb/22kg cart. Room inspections require ≤15 points. Clean stayover in 15 mins, checkout in 30 mins.
Food & Beverage:
Serve guests, clean, prepare food, pour coffee, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
Houseperson:
Clean public areas (elevators, pool, restrooms), remove trash, restock carts, and assist as needed.
Laundry:
Fast-paced; sort, wash, dry, fold, and count linens. 2.5 mins to load/unload machines.
Housekeepers handle light cleaning needed for the upkeep of homes as well as commercial buildings, such as offices, hotels, and hospitals. Typically they'll replace bedding, clean rooms, halls and bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, replace toiletries and make beds.
