This is a full-time on-site role located in Berkeley, MO for an Engineering Recruiter. The Engineering Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring highly qualified candidates specifically in the technical and engineering fields. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, identifying top talent for specialized roles, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
• Skilled in Hiring and Interviewing to assess candidate qualifications and suitability effectively
• Experience and knowledge in Technical Recruiting, specifically within engineering or aerospace industries
• Ability to manage recruitment needs with a focus on specialized or high-demand roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capability to work collaboratively with hiring teams to meet recruitment goals
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
