ABOUT THIS ROLEOur client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Global Success Factors team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role focuses on the integration of SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) with Smart Recruiter (ATS), ensuring seamless data flow, compliance, and alignment with global and regional HR needs.
You will act as a functional SME, advising on architecture, process design, functional requirements, and business priorities. A deep understanding of HR systems in both the US and Canada is essential, given the complexities of operating across these regions. Beyond project execution, this role requires a service‑minded professional committed to delivering sustained operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and support the integration of SAP Success Factors Employee Central with Smart Recruiter (ATS).
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for business stakeholders, providing guidance on functional analysis, architecture, and system behavior.
- Build strong partnerships with HR and IT teams across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and operational requirements.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Participate in or support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, mapping consistency, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain system governance, standardization, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, advisory services, and continuous improvement—going beyond traditional project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and Success Factors modules.
- Experience working with Smart Recruiter (ATS).
- Experience with data migration (strong asset).
- Experience with in large, global organizations, supporting complex HR ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the unique complexities of an HCM system supporting US and Canadian employees.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
