We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance core HR processes through effective use of HR technology. This position serves as the primary subject matter expert to HR teams, helping ensure Workday supports day-to-day operations, evolving business needs, and a consistent employee experience.
This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with HR stakeholders to understand operational needs, improve processes, and ensure the system supports the business in a practical and sustainable way. The role also helps deliver meaningful reporting and insights that support day-to-day decisions across the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS support, building strong relationships with HR stakeholders and understanding the needs of various functional areas
- Assess and prioritize incoming requests, gather detailed requirements, and recommend solutions based on business impact, risk, and efficiency
- Configure and maintain Workday processes to align with HR and organizational needs, ensuring a reliable and consistent experience for end users
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee and manager experience
- Partner with stakeholders to support testing, validation, and documentation for system updates and enhancements
- Review Workday’s bi-annual releases, help assess business impact, and support adoption of relevant changes
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders
- Support broader HRIS initiatives and contribute to projects across additional Workday modules as needed
To be a good fit for this role, you’ll have:
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and administration, ideally across multiple HR modules
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong capability in HR reporting and dashboard development, with an eye for data accuracy and usability
- Experience managing system updates, testing cycles, and documentation
