This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Focuses on technological solution delivery by guiding and inspiring strong coding practices and solid software design decisions among their team. Responsible for growing and mentoring engineers as it relates to technical skills and career development. Assists with cross-team strategic efforts, influencing decisions to achieve efficient delivery of business value. Understands cross-team technical road-maps, advocating new product abilities based on technical strategy and constraints.
BasicQualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six to eight years of relevant technical experience
Five or more years of leading a software engineering team
Preferred Skills/Experience
Drive architecture reviews, code quality practices, and ensure strong unit/integration testing.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled platforms, intelligent metadata frameworks.
Knowledge around data governance, security protocols, and compliance.
Collaborate with senior developers and data analysts to understand data requirements and ensure optimal data flow.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for ETL development
Administer and monitor data migration environment and ETL platform.
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
Analyze and understand data integration requirements from stakeholders.
Have good understanding of Salesforce customization features using both code and no-code solutions adhering to platform limits.
Good experience with salesforce integration patterns using REST API, Platform Events, Pub/Sub API and Bulk API.
Strong knowledge on Salesforce security best practices using Connected Apps, Managed packages, SSO, OAuth and JWT based integrations.
Good understanding of Tibco features such as EMS, Business Works Palettes, File polling, adapters connectors like ADB, Salesforce and Kafka.
