Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner

Position within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) supporting the Air Dominance portfolio of programs across St. Louis complex.

• Live in the St. Louis area or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Must obtain or already hold a U.S. DOD Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
• Act as liaison between business teams and Boeing/Dell IT teams supporting St. Louis programs.
• Work with IT design teams to develop technical solutions, then navigate funding and procurement, and implement with business acceptance.
• Collaborate with production floor teams to resolve IT issues and implement solutions that improve production capabilities.
• Apply critical thinking and innovative problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field.
• 3+ years experience in organizational management.
• Experience using metrics to measure performance against projects and ensure high quality delivery.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience working across multiple disciplines.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Information Security, or related Computer Science field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience leading employees/teams across engineering disciplines and familiarity with NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 Rev 4, and related frameworks.

• Education:
  
  At least a bachelor’s degree; 6+ years experience typical.
• Relocation:

  Summary pay range $101,700 - $120,000. Total rewards package includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, and a range of health, retirement, and leave benefits.
