The successful candidate will join a large, diverse matrixed team that includes Boeing, Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), associates, customers, and suppliers. As a key member of the program leadership team, the Senior Information Technology Business Partner (ITBP) will work directly with businesses and functions to understand key initiatives and represent the business and functions within Information Technology (IT) to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and deploy the right solutions.

The ITBP leads and collaborates with partner and government IT teams to deploy and maintain systems at multiple work locations. The ITBP also supports active campaigns, optimizes IT costs and ensures the solutions are secure and compliant. The successful candidate should be comfortable building a strategic vision for the program, and equally comfortable managing day‑to‑day tasks and issues that need resolution.

• Serves as a liaison between business functions, IT, and related organizations to align priorities and business objectives
• Educates business partners on IT service offerings
• Partners with business stakeholders to define needs, engage the right IT resources, and deliver effective solutions with first‑time quality
• Develops and manages communication plans, including leadership and stakeholder status updates
• Identifies risks and impacts, and coordinates mitigation plans and commitment changes with business partners
• Provides input and lessons learned to improve IT processes, tools, and quality management practices
• Tracks funding, spending, and affordability for assigned business units or functions

• 5+ years of experience working in cross‑functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role
• 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
• 5+ years of experience supporting technologies and business

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience with defense products and services
• Experience fulfilling and enabling requests
• Experience documenting requirements for Future Production Systems and digital transformation initiatives, including high‑priority focus areas

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
