PositionExperienced Product Security Engineer (Software) – Berkeley, MO
OverviewThe Boeing Company is seeking experienced engineers to contribute to the design and development of key computing assets embedded in advanced defense platforms. The role is part of the Anti‑Tamper Engineering Capability Center, protecting critical computers across all defense products.
Responsibilities- Support development programs, research efforts, and strategic initiatives in the areas of Product Security / Anti‑Tamper.
- Develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
- Work with platform chief engineers, chief architects and team leads to define platform architectures and implementations that will allow the fielding and sales of advanced tactical capabilities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Five or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience supporting Military/Defense customers.
- Experience in the anti‑tamper or product security domains.
- Experience in requirements analysis.
- Experience or interest in cryptography, secure communications protocols and reverse engineering techniques at the system and component level.
- Experience or interest in commercial off‑the‑shelf FPGA’s and COTS security features.
- Experience in design, development, and integration of complex electronic systems or subsystems.
- Current US Top Secret clearance preferred.

This is a 100% onsite position. The salary range is $128,350 – $173,650. Applications will be accepted until Jul 29 2026.
RequirementsU.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship. Employer does not sponsor employment visas. The position is for 1st shift.
