Our client, a mid-size plaintiff law firm in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. If you have strong litigation skills and a passion for advocating for clients, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Guide clients through the legal process with compassion and clarity
• Work with expert witnesses, including conducting conferences and drafting reports and affidavits
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and in good standing
• 3+ years of personal injury experience
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• A self-starter with long-term career goals
• Excellent client service and communication skills
