Position Overview

Associate Procurement Agent (Level
2) – Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). Join the T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain team in Berkeley, Missouri.

• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

• More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply‑chain management.
• Typical education/experience: at least 3 years of related work or relevant military experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• More than 1 year of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers.

• Conflict of Interest assessment must be satisfied.
• Requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start).
• Must comply with U.S. export control requirements (U.S. Person).
• Not a safety-sensitive position.
• Employer will not sponsor employment visa status.
• Not contingent upon program award.
• Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live locally or relocate at their own expense.
• Requires 100% onsite presence; 1st shift (Day shift).
• Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay range: $69,700 – $86,100.
