We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within a fast-paced home remodeling company specializing in roofing and exterior services.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating a positive, accountable team culture.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives focused on residential roofing and exterior projects. You will be responsible for coaching, performance management, pipeline oversight, and driving consistent revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales representatives
  • Set clear goals and hold team members accountable to results
  • Monitor pipeline activity, close rates, and revenue performance
  • Ride along with reps for training and field support
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Track metrics and identify areas for improvement

  • Proven experience managing a sales team (home services, remodeling, roofing, or related industry preferred)
