We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within a fast-paced home remodeling company specializing in roofing and exterior services.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating a positive, accountable team culture.
About the RoleThe Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives focused on residential roofing and exterior projects. You will be responsible for coaching, performance management, pipeline oversight, and driving consistent revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales representatives
- Set clear goals and hold team members accountable to results
- Monitor pipeline activity, close rates, and revenue performance
- Ride along with reps for training and field support
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Track metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience managing a sales team (home services, remodeling, roofing, or related industry preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Experience in in-home or consultative sales environments
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to balance accountability with positive team culture
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
