Procurement Multi-fam Mgr; Sup Mgt&Prcrmnt Multi Fam

Procurement Multi‑Family Manager (LevelK) – Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), to support the Air Dominance team at the St.Louis site (Hazelwood and Berkeley, Missouri).

• Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier‑related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
• Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to acquisition of goods and services, supplier assessment, performance improvement, and supply chain management.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies, procedures, and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

• Minimum of one year in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager) or completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
• More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
• More than 3 years of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 3 years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts.
• Typically 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience.
• Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.

Competitive base pay, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Pay range: $114,750–$141,750.

• 100% onsite at the St.Louis site.
• Shift: 1st shift.
• Travel: up to 25% of the time.

• Must obtain U.S. Secret Clearance (interim and final) and be a U.S. citizen.
