Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst/Plane Captains (Level
4)

F-15 Production Operations team, Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities
  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
  • Provides expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues. Uses advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
  • Utilizes tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
  • Analyzes and interprets data and provides root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
  • Coordinates and facilitates multi‑function group meetings required to resolve issues
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years’ experience working with or supporting military aircraft
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance, or training related to F‑15 aircraft operations and/or maintenance
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Specific benefits vary by location, date of hire, and collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $111,350 – $150,650.
