Electronic components & Parts - Field Service Representative 2

Location:

Berkeley, MO
Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
Willing & able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
Ability to move and pack items weighing up to 25lbs unassisted

Shift: First
Start Time:8:30 PM
End Time: 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Manage parts procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
Track and maintain inventory records and material availability.
Support shipping, receiving, and material movement operations.
Assist with electronic and mechanical component handling and support.
Perform basic fabrication, soldering, repair, and assembly activities as required.
Support laboratory, equipment, and operational compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and field support teams.

Required Qualifications

Experience with electronics, electronic components, mechanical systems, or mechanical components.
Experience with parts procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Field Service Representative.
Experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or automation environment.
Experience with fabrication, soldering, repair, or assembly of electrical/mechanical components.
Experience with shipping & receiving, international exporting, and inventory management software.
Ability to work safely on lifts and ladder platforms.
Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Knowledge of laboratory compliance, safety, and ESD requirements.

Education

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 2 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master's degree or 6+ years of related experience).
