Campus Ministry Coordinator (part-time)
The Ministry Coordinator serves as a key integrator for the Abundant Life Northland Campus, helping translate vision into action by supporting ministry leaders, strengthening volunteer culture, and ensuring Sunday and weekly ministry operations are prepared, aligned, and executed with excellence.
This role is especially vital in a pioneering campus environment, requiring adaptability, relational leadership, and a heart to help others thrive as systems and teams are built.
Personal Responsibilities- Be committed to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18; 1 Peter 2:2) by assembling for instruction in God’s Word and engaging in the personal study of God’s Word.
- Responsibly use the resources at your disposal to foster the mission and vision of Abundant Life (1 Peter 5:1-4).
- Participate in an Abundant Life group (Acts 2:41-42) as well as the discipleship ministry (Matthew 28:18-20).
- Live in a way that glorifies God and aligns with the staff core values (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).
- Be committed to giving to the needs of the saints (2 Corinthians 8:1-7 & 9:12).
- Become a member of Abundant Life Church.
- Partner closely with the Northland Campus Pastor to support and oversee assigned Sunday and weekly ministry operations, helping ensure teams are prepared, resourced, and aligned.
- Help translate vision into executable ministry rhythms, systems, and follow-through—especially in a growing and evolving campus environment.
- Support campus and ministry leaders with administrative needs, including database management, scheduling support, budgeting assistance, receipts, and supply ordering.
- Champion a healthy, joyful, and mission-driven volunteer culture that reflects the heart of Abundant Life and the unique calling of the Northland Campus.
- Assist in onboarding, communication, and coordination of volunteers and leaders to help them serve with clarity and confidence.
- Encourage leaders through presence, organization, and proactive problem-solving, rather than task ownership alone.
- Interact regularly with the church family through stage announcements, written communication, and relational presence on Sundays.
- Support leader training sessions, volunteer meetings, and campus gatherings by helping prepare materials, communication, and logistics.
- Participate in campus and churchwide staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Maintain a flexible posture toward changing needs, recognizing the adaptive nature of a pre-launch and early-stage campus.
- Other duties as assigned, consistent with the mission and direction of the Northland Campus.
- A clear desire to fulfill the Great Commission and help others do the same.
- Demonstrated commitment to honoring the Lord in both work and personal life.

- High organizational capacity with attention to detail, especially in administrative and systems-based tasks.
- Ability to think structurally while remaining flexible in a fast-moving, start-up-like ministry environment.
- Problem-solving, decision‑making, time‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Comfortable using standard computer applications and ministry tools (databases, spreadsheets, email, presentations, word processing, and printers).
- Willingness and availability to work some Sundays, remotely, attend occasional in‑person meetings, and support ministry events as needed.

Education/Experience- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role is preferred.
