* Schedule:

Full-Time Nights | 36 hours per week
*** Freeman Health System’s main operating room has nine surgical suites and offers a variety of specialties including gynecology, ear, nose and throat, orthopaedics, cosmetic and neurosurgery
* In this fast paced procedural area, the staff uses their experience, knowledge and skills to work as a team to take patient care to the next level of patient safety and satisfaction
* We offer an in-depth individualized orientation process to prepare employees for success in the perioperative setting
** What You’ll Do
** In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
** Requirements
* ** AHA ACLS within 180 days.
* AHA ACLS within 180 days
* AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
* Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
* Perioperative RN Competency Day annually by transcript due date.
* Satisfactory completion of dept. skills checklist.
