Pay Rate: Starting $30hr & up

* Up to $3hr Shift Differential available

We are seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work as part of our dedicated healthcare team at our Warsaw, MO facility. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide exceptional nursing care, administer medications, and maintain accurate records, while promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, documenting vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts and resident data
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

• Active & good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing or related nursing setting.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed
