What You’ll Do:- Provide individualized, in-home nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
- Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Active LPN/RN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
