Entry‑Level Quality Systems Specialist – Boeing Company – Locations:
Seal Beach, CA;
Berkeley, MO;
Seattle, WA.
- Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans.
- Assist with maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
- Collect data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.
- Collect data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.
- Collect, develop, track and report corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collect data to support quality source selection activity.
- Support preparation for hardware, software and system level audits.
- Support communications, reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews and strategic meetings.
- Work under close supervision.
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Experience in performing data analysis.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems.
- Experience in quality inspection and/or auditing.
- Experience in quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience working in a lab/flight test environment.
- Experience in quality, lab test and/or metrology.
- Experience in the application of AS9100.
- Experience managing projects involving cross‑functional or cross‑business unit teams.

Pay & Benefits:
Pay range: $63,750 – $92,000. Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off.
