Location: Stoutland, Missouri (office-based only)
Job Type: Commission-Based
Pay: $800–$2,000 per week (based on performance)

Position OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated, self-driven Feed Sales & Logistics Representative to work in-office at our Stoutland, MO headquarters. This job requires livestock feed knowledge and logistics experience. You will help grow our customer base, coordinate freight, and manage feed sourcing from start to finish.
You’ll receive support and training from our experienced team, with the opportunity to build your own customer network and earn based on your results.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, feedyards, mills, and trucking partners
- Source and sell bulk livestock feed throughout Missouri and nearby states
- Coordinate logistics — find trucks, schedule loads, and ensure timely deliveries
- Understand and discuss feed types with customers
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts
- Communicate daily with suppliers, customers, and truckers
- Track sales activity and provide updates to management
- Help expand company presence into new regions
- Livestock feed knowledge required — must understand and differentiate feed types including:
- Dried Distillers Grain (DDG)
- Wet Distillers Grain (WDG)
- Soybean Hulls
- Cottonseed
- Gin Trash
- Other bulk feed ingredients
- Logistics experience required — must be familiar with freight coordination and truck scheduling
- Background in agriculture, feed sales, or trucking preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in an office
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Computer and phone proficiency for daily communication and record keeping
- Commission-based pay
- Typical earnings: $800–$2,000 per week based on performance
