This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Greater St. Louis for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer quotations, generating leads, fostering customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales teams. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about products. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
